We will help you coordinate a program that best fits the goals, objectives and budgetary concerns of your group.
Deposits are due immediately upon scheduling; deposits will be deducted from the balance of the group rate.
- For retreats, a $300 deposit is due. Total cost: Dependent upon programming.
- For L&S summer camp, a $50 per person deposit is required. Total cost: $275 per person
A date will not be guaranteed until the deposit is received. Deposits are nonrefundable if a cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled date.
The group balance will be set up into two payments. Payments are as follows:
- First Payment - 50% of the group balance, less the deposit, will be due 45 days prior to the scheduled date.
- Second payment - The remaining balance will be due 14 days prior to the scheduled date.
Registration fees are in U.S. dollars and can be paid by check, credit card or money order. Registration fees less deposits are refundable when canceled at least 30 days before the start of your registered week.
