CAMPUS FACILITIES

The following facilities are available for rental with you providing your own programming

The International House

Total sleeping capacity - 32 individuals -- 4 suites. Each suite has a full bathroom.
· Fully functioning kitchen
· Dining area
· Central meeting room.
· Deck overlooking the pond
· Meals are available in the cafeteria for an additional cost or can be prepared by the group.

$15* per person per night
(15 person minimum or $225)

The Duplex

Total sleeping capacity - 24 individuals (12 on each side)

Each side of the Duplex offers:
· Fully functioning kitchen
· Bathroom with two showers and two toilets (the nearby bath house is also available)
· Access to the large front porch
· Meals are available in the cafeteria for an additional cost or can be prepared by the group.

$15* per person per night
(15 person minimum for full rental or $225 6 person minimum for half rental or $90)

Urban Slums

Our small-scale model of an urban slum community is available for overnight camping or the Slum Experience. Read more on the retreats page.

The Lodge

Total sleeping capacity - 70 individuals.
Two large dormintory rooms with bunk beds are downstairs; each room sleeps 20 individuals and has its own restroom with 3 showers and 3 toilets. Upstairs, there are four suites. Each suite has a full bathroom.
· Fully functioning kitchen
· Large central meeting hall with tables and chairs available upon request.
· Meals are available in the cafeteria for an additional cost or can be prepared in the lodge by group.

$15* per person per night
(25 person minimum or $375)

The Bunkhouse

Total sleeping capacity - 10 individuals

The rustic bunkhouse offers:

· two rooms with four single beds each
· two bathrooms with two showers and two toilets in each one
· a partially screened porch with beautiful sunset views
· a camphouse-style kitchen with a refrigerator, stove and oven

$10* per person per night

Global Village

SIFAT offers a simulated Two-thirds World village on campus, available for tours, work projects or overnight camping. Ecuador, Bolivia, Guatemala, Nepal, the Philippines, Liberia, Nigeria and Uganda make up the eight countries represented in the Global Village. Within each country is a replica of a home that could be found in its remote region, as well as distinctive cultural and agricultural features.

Our Global Village is available for rental with a variety of primitive sleeping accomodations.
