• Length of stay: one week
• Nontransferable, nonrefundable registration fee: $75 per group. Must be sent immediately, with registration form, to hold the date.
• Nonrefundable deposit per registered person: $50 each, due no later than May 1st.
• Balance due upon arrival: $165 per person (total cost $215 per person)

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer any refunds unless you cancel more than 90 days prior to your arrival. In that situation, we will refund any of the balance ($165 per person) which you have prepaid. We cannot refund the nonrefundable registration fee and/or the nonrefundable per person deposit.

Reservations and payment procedure for Learn & Serve groups:

1. Call SIFAT to determine availability of dates.
2. Determine the number of people in your group.
3. Send in the registration form and registration fee of $75. (This serves to reserve your week; the $75 will not be applied toward any other fee or payment.)
4. Before May 1, send in a deposit of $50 per person. This is nonrefundable.
5. Upon arrival, submit the remaining payment of $165 per person attending.

When sending payment, please make the check out to SIFAT and send it to the address below. If possible, please consolidate registration payments into a single check per group, as well as balance payments. Please call the office for registrations after May 1st.
